Ritual is an alchemizing blend of acknowledgment, remembrance, and expression. It acts to honor what not only was, but is, sometimes looking to ancient practices, often leaning into intuition, and always incorporating sacred intent. Drawing on the experiences and practices of participants in this communal discussion, Roots and Roads & Right at Home will facilitate a hearty & meaningful conversation that connects us through the art of symbolism and storytelling.

Karen Kochhar
Karen Kochhar, CSA, Licensed Fiduciary and BSEE is celebrating 10 years as owner/operator of Right at Home In-Home Care & Assistance in Tucson. Prior to her arrival in Arizona, Karen worked as an electrical engineer in telecommunications and as a domestic engineer raising her 2 children. Karen is a Certified Senior Advisor and an Arizona Licensed Fiduciary. Karen continues to combine her problem-solving skills, life skills, and credentials to ensure the aging population understands the many choices and options to living their best life.
Chandel Beck
Chandel Beck is a Licensed Associate Counselor, providing individual therapy through Tucson Counseling Associates, and facilitating grief groups independently and with Monsoon Light, LLC. Chandel has previous experience working in hospice, behavioral/mental health, and communication sciences, with a focus on the language of loss. Intimately familiar with liminality and grief, Chandel companions people in their sacred sorrow through individual and group work while weaving in ritual and creative expression.
