COMMUNITY EDUCATION

Roots & Roads is committed to educating the community about end-of-life issues. We host an End-of-Life (EOL) Community Conference focusing on different themes each year related to EOL care and support, such as palliative and hospice care, cultural traditions around death, burial practices, and grief. Due to COVID-19 the conference has pivoted from an in-person conference to a virtual workshop series, inviting end-of-life professionals to speak on a variety of topics.
Virtual workshops are free for all to attend.
Additionally, Roots & Roads provides the Five Wishes, advance directive document, free of charge to the community.

MORTAL CURIOSITY:
2022 End-of-Life
Virtual Conference Series
For more than two decades we have been providing end-of-life education in southern Arizona. In 2021, we went virtual, and reached over 1,000 attendees from across the nation and around the globe.
This year we invite you to satisfy your curiosity about mortality and important end-of-life topics through supportive and challenging discussions, presentations, film, and games. All are welcome to this free series of events.
All sessions are free of charge. Join us now!
