COMMUNITY EDUCATION
Roots & Roads is the premier provider of end-of-life education in Southern Arizona.
Each year, we introduce cutting edge topics to 1,000 registrants. Our monthly virtual educational sessions are free and open to all community members, including healthcare professionals.
Additionally, Roots & Roads provides the Five Wishes, advance directive document, free of charge to the community.
