Judy Clinco Scholarship Application

  • The Judy Clinco Scholarship Fund assists caregivers in attending the annual End of Life Conference by covering the cost of registration fees (including breakfast and lunch). To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • After submitting your application, you will be contacted by Liz Barta, RN for the next step in the process - a brief phone interview.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

The Casa de la Luz Foundation is pleased to offer scholarships for direct care professionals, caregivers, and students pursuing end of life education who might not otherwise be able to attend our annual End of Life Conference. Thanks to the Judy Clinco Scholarship fund, scholarship recipients will receive the cost of a full conference registration (valued at $75).

 

Scholarships to be awarded on a first come, first served basis.

 

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by Liz Barta for a phone interview. Those applicants approved for a scholarship will be notified and provided with instructions on how to register via email by Friday, January 3rd.
