Welcome to our 19th annual End Of Life (EOL) conference, “An Inspired Journey” - a day-long gathering of community members for education, inspiration, personal discussion and exploration of EOL issues!

19th Annual End-of-Life Conference
at the Westin La Paloma, Tucson, Arizona

January 10th, 2020
7:00 am- 4:00 pm

Inspiring Conversation, Awareness and
Preparedness for our Journey

The conference will highlight EOL touchstones such as pre-planning, facing a life-limiting illness, the dying process, final arrangements (including alternatives) and grief.

The conference has grown in size from 76 attendees in 2003 to 272 participants this past year - its growing popularity signals a need for a forum where people can talk about death.

By the end of our day together, we hope that you will feel more comfortable talking about death; have an increased awareness of planning for EOL; be willing to complete your Five Wishes advance care directive or share feedback about why you won’t; and identify information gaps so we can speak to them at a future conference.

We invite you to join us on this unique journey.  Please feel free to contact us with questions and suggestions (info@casafoundation.org).
