Mane and Soul Event

Belonging to Self, Belonging in This Moment A Roots & Roads + Mane & Soul Experiential Gathering

This immersive experience invites participants into a gentle, embodied exploration of belonging — to self, to others, and to the present moment. Through breathwork, guided reflection, and conscious connection with horses, we foster nervous system regulation, deepen emotional awareness, and cultivate authentic presence. Together, we create a supportive space to honor and navigate both individual and collective grief and loss. Open to participants at any stage of life, this experience is intentionally accessible and adaptable - welcoming all energy levels, mobility needs, and physical abilities.

We are honored to partner with Mane and Soul for this transformative experiential event. Mane and Soul is a Tucson-based wellness ranch devoted to supporting individuals navigating meaningful life transitions in the Third Act of Life.

Through a unique blend of breathwork, equine-facilitated coaching, and Reiki, Liz, the founder of Mane and Soul, curates restorative spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover the inner wisdom that often becomes quieted during years of caregiving, striving, and moving through life’s inevitable challenges.
