Life Lessons Gleaned from Grief and Loss: An Islamic Perspective March 19, 2026 | 6:00 pm -7:30 pm (Arizona Time)
Within the pain of the death of a loved one lies a quiet invitation to open our heart and mind to a deeper understanding of our bewildering and mysterious life journey. For centuries, sacred texts and sages have told us that the ways in which we heal and reframe our suffering shapes our being and sculpts the destiny of our life.
Join us as we hear from author Jamal Rahman who will draw upon teachings of the Qur’an, sayings of the Prophet Muhammad, and insights of Islamic mystics like Rumi, Hafez and Rabia, to find meaning, inner peace and growth in midst of mourning.
